About Self Sponsored Line Training
http://www.change.org/petitions/european-aviation-safety-agency-stop-with-linetrainings?recruiter=78937330&utm_campaign=signature_receipt&utm_medium=email&utm_source=share_petition
This web link is for a petition undergoing at this time to appeal to EASA the end of the Self Sponsored Line Training that occurs in several European Airlines. This type of training was a method found by the airlines to reduce their costs with employees by making them to pay for their training. The fact is that there is in this situation the discrimination of some pilots that even can be more experienced but with lack of money to pay for their training in a certain aircraft. I ask You to please read it carefully and try to understand the point of view that money instead of experience can not make you a better pilot and if You feel compelled to the meaning of the petition please sign it and give your important support. Thank You!
